1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Eclipse Hotel website, guest portal, restaurant ordering, booking forms, support messaging, or hotel services, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Reservations and Room Holds

Unpaid bookings may be held temporarily and can be released if payment is not completed within the stated hold period. Paid bookings are confirmed, but physical room numbers are assigned by Reception at check-in based on availability and operational readiness.

3. Room Changes

If a selected room type or physical room becomes unavailable due to operational reasons, Eclipse Hotel may offer a suitable alternative room, subject to availability and guest agreement where required.

4. Payments and Folios

Reception/Finance is responsible for collecting guest payments. Departmental services such as restaurant orders, laundry, and other charges may be posted to the guest folio and settled at Reception or checkout.

5. Guest Portal and Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for activity under your account. Use strong passwords and notify the hotel if you suspect unauthorized access.

6. Restaurant and Service Orders

Room-service orders require a checked-in guest stay or valid room verification. Menu availability may change at any time. Charges may be added to your folio and settled according to hotel policy.

7. Acceptable Use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent bookings, harass staff, upload harmful files, or interfere with hotel operations.

8. Limitation of Liability

Eclipse Hotel aims to keep services accurate and available, but we are not liable for interruptions, third-party payment provider issues, incorrect guest-provided information, or events outside our reasonable control.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms when hotel policies or system features change. Continued use of the website or services means you accept the updated terms.
